Sculpture at Hempen

Workshop at Growing Solidarity group, Hempen using materials from the polytunnel.

I shared techniques for creating papier mache sculpture with the Growing Solidarity group of recently arrived and racially minoritised folks on the Hempen land near Reading. We foraged materials from their polytunnel and experimented with sculptural forms and natural pigments.
